Our blister tooling services cover both thermo form and cold form manufacturing requirements and we can supply full sets of blister format parts for all blister packaging machines including Uhlmann, IMA, Romaco / Noack, Bosch, CAM Partena, Marchesini, Mediseal .

Prodieco have six blister packing machines on site, which allow us to validate all blister pack tooling in our facility before dispatch to ensure that the tooling is plug-and-play when it arrives on your site.

Our other services include the supply of dedicated feeding systems for all machines and we have three dedicated feeder test rigs to fully validate feeders prior to dispatch. After dispatch of any blister format parts, Prodieco can also offer experienced commissioning engineers to assist in the installation of the tooling.

As well as blister tooling and dedicated tablet feeders, Prodieco can also supply universal feeders, cartoning change parts, Child Resistant Senior Friendly solutions and 3D tooling design.

Prodieco employs in excess of 85 people dedicated to servicing your blister pack tooling requirements. This includes a design team consisting of 16 experienced design engineers.
