We know your business depends on Prodieco’s ability to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, so in light of the recent developments around Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we would like to share with you the global and local measures we are taking to ensure business continuity. Firstly, I want to assure you that the safety of all our customers and employees takes absolute priority in all our choices and activities. We have worked hard in the last few weeks to ensure that our operations continue to run smoothly, we have invested in IT infrastructure to facilitate that the majority of our office-based staff both in Dublin and in global operations, can work successfully and efficiently from home offices. Currently the vast majority of our design, sales and customer service teams are working remotely.
In relation to our manufacturing department we have added additional shift patterns and ensured that the staff have adequate spacing between them to minimise social contact. We have daily contact with our key suppliers to ensure our supply chain is secured. I can confirm that we can supply your blister tooling requirements to the usual high standard within the lead times agreed.
We are using our digital communication platforms and Prodieco Teams to stay in constant contact with each other and our customers.
Thanks to the commitment and hard work of our employees we have ensured that business continues to run. Our answer to this crisis is to find innovative smarter ways to communicate and work and get the projects delivered.
